“I can do anything…I’m an expert.”

How many of us have been here? I know that I have, and I know how frustrating it can be.

To be honest, these are the meetings we need to work to avoid in the first place. As a manager, I need to trust my team. They are the experts, and they know what can and can’t be done. There will be times I need to push them. But ultimately they are the ones who make everything happen.
